Certificate Verification

This portal allows users to verify certificates recorded under RWISR entries through the official online validation system. Verification may be completed by entering the certificate number below or by scanning the QR code shown on the certificate, where applicable.

Search by Certificate Number

Enter the certificate number exactly as shown on the document to open the official verification result page.

The verification result may display certificate details, linked vessel information, issuance data, expiry data, and current status, depending on the available record.

You may search by certificate number or UTN.
System Test

To confirm that the certificate verification system is operating correctly, you may test the search function using the sample certificate numbers below.

How It Works

Verification Process

1. Enter the certificate number in the search field.
2. The system checks the corresponding RWISR record.
3. If a matching record exists, the official verification result page is displayed.
4. You may also access the same result directly through the QR code printed on the certificate.
QR Code Validation

Scan and Verify

RWISR certificates may include a QR code for faster and more direct access to the verification result page.

When scanned, the QR code opens the corresponding verification record linked to that certificate.

If a certificate cannot be verified online, if the entered number returns no record, or if further confirmation is required, please contact the Registry directly for manual support.

Manual confirmation may be required for recently updated or specially issued records.
